We’d like to acknowledge the excellent work of the two technicians you sent us to clean and inspect our wall-mounted air conditioner. A company other than yours sold us this well-known brand air conditioner in 2005 and installed it without informing us that it needed regular maintenance. When our air conditioner was no longer working efficiently, we tried in vain to contact the company, which we were told had gone bankrupt. We realized that we had made a bad choice. Fortunately, once it was cleaned by your technicians, our air conditioner was as good as new. We now realize the importance of good after-sales service.
